Operating Hours are from 8:00AM-7:00PM for Services Monday-Sunday

Monday-Friday From 8:00AM-6:00PM for email and customer support.

Payment Options for Clients Are:

Debit/Credit Card. PayPal.

A valid credit card/debit card must be on file in order to schedule services.

You will not be charged when you book, payment will be made after service is rendered from our cleaning with customers approval of successful clean.

Payment is required at least 24 Hours prior to arrival. Unless it is a same day request.

Recurring plans are subject to discount prices.

 

Arrival Windows:

We require our cleaners to come within a 1 hour time window of the scheduled appointment. such as
between 8:00AM – 9:00am or 12:00PM – 1:00PM.

Our cleaners will notify you usually 30 minutes before they arrive at your home. Also please understand that each visit is on a schedule so if there is a delay into getting into the home once the cleaner arrives all clients are given a 10 minute grace period to arrive. The time after the grace period will be deducted from the overall time of the scheduled cleaning.

 

Parking Rules and Regulation:

Please inform cleaners of all parking rules prior to arrival, please include, gate code, home or apartment number (if applicable). Specific Parking instructions for guest if there are special parking rules. Such as letting the cleaner know where there is free parking on the street, a guest pass for parking in your community, or we ask that you cover the parking meter fee for the time allotted for the cleaning. Cleaners are not allowed to pay for parking for our services, if the arrival of scheduled appointment and customer refuses to cover the fees for parking you will not receive a refund for our service under these conditions.

100% of the cost of the scheduled cleaning will be charged to the customer.

Please be advised that our cleaners will be carrying equipment so please try to have a space that our cleaners will not have more than a 3-4 minute walk to the residence.

 

Satisfaction:

Our goal is to leave our customers as satisfied as possible with our service. We have a
walkthrough policy for our cleaners to go over the service with you, our cleaners will go over
any area that is not to your liking prior to leaving the site.

 

Service Limitation:  

 

If an area in the home is considered or has the potential to be considered a bio-hazard/unsafe, that area will not be cleaned by our trained staff due to possible harmful injury.

Cleaners are not advised to move furniture they are advised to clean under and around
furniture.

Home and Entry:

The client should be home during the specific appointment time to let the cleaners in/out of the home. If no one is home when the cleaners arrive, and no entry information is given prior to arrival a cancellation fee will be charged of $30.

If a client chooses not to be home during the scheduled time and choose to leave their door locked, please place the key under a mat, or leave the house key/entry information in a notated area upon scheduling.

The customer releases Dream Cleaners LLC from all liability that may arise from damage that was made before or after the cleaners leave the premises.

 

 

Cancellation:

 

Cancellation:

All clients that cancel their appointment after 48 hours of booking aren’t subjected to a refund. They will receive a credit valid for 3 months. They may reschedule their appointment if the time and date that they originally chose is no longer available for them. Please consider our scheduling/preparations and that we are reserving your time for our cleaning services.

If a customer schedules an appointment time with less than 24 hours notice, confirmation of service is not guaranteed, however we will try our best to confirm the appointment. If the customer cancels their appointment within 3 hours of their confirmed time, they are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. (This is all subject to a 24hr notice time, all other times are bound by the 48 hour cancellation window.

                                                                                                                                                                                               

 

Scheduling:

All appointments are subjected to availability. All Appointment request made on a Friday past 1:00PM cannot be fulfilled on that weekend. They must be booked and confirmed in advance. Same Day services are charged $40 additional for same day services.

All Rescheduling requests made after 24 hours are subjected to a $20 fee. (Special Occasions are case by case basic)
